Cotweet – This has all the team functionality of Hootsuite at no cost but doesn’t include other social networks apart from Twitter (yet).

Twitterfeed – Need to feed in RSS feeds to your social accounts? This is free and does just that.

Or look at ping.fm and socialoomph (free and paid levels).
