Honestly I am kind of against this, although twitter is technically a micro-blogging app and guest writers are common place for many blogs, a guest tweeter isn't writing an article its merely a small excerpt of what that person is tweeting or wants to share. A twitter account is the personality of the person or business it is attributed with and should be managed as such. RT other things, mentioning people and products etc is fine, but your followers follow you because they know its coming from you, not another personality. That being said, multiple people being responsible for a businesses twitter is fine i.e. Media Temple and their ^XX (XX being the tweeters initials) works great.

Hey Roger, it was awesome. I'm calling it a 'GT' as opposed to 'RT'.

I was telling @jeffpulver about it last night - he loves it! :-)
