		<description>Robert can be reached through ff and he does respond even though he has to go through a lot many questions etc, i don&#039;t think we should expect him to be that responsive on twitter etc where so many mention his account name.
i would like to say that Scoble and Gray response time is better than most of the companies who employ so may support guy just for the purpose</description>

		<description>The solution will come when Facebook builds out its public side of life (which right now are Facebook Pages). Twitter is a far better way to watch a huge number of people and brands, though, especially after you get the new lists feature.
